There are many options for wine tours in Israel. From Jerusalem you can choose to travel to any wine region in Israel near and far but you do not have to travel long distances to visit one of Israel's scenic, interesting, and worthwhile wine regions. The nearby Judean Hills and the Ellah Valley are home to some of Israel's renowned wineries as well as to many charming smaller family boutiques worth discovering during an Israel wine tour. Many of the wineries produce wines from local vineyards which will give you an sense of regional flavors and terroir. 

 

In addition to fine wineries there are some other local artisinal craft boutique's that we will be glad to suggest to you to include as part of your Israel wine tour experience. You may also be interetsed in some of the historical sites that make this region so interesting dating back from bibical times all the way up to the creation of the modern Israel.

You may none the less be interested in taking the opportunityfor a longer day to travel beyond the region to areas in northen Israel such as the Galillee or the Golan Heights. Those are also worthwhile wine regions and we would be happy to suggest itineraries to those wine regions as well.
